Hi, thank you for visiting our web page. Here you will find our four new apartments. Two of them placed in a five-story building, one next to the other. The apartments are located on the fourth floor, with accessibility to an elevator and garage. And at the Mar & Vista building you’ll find the other two apartments just opened in January of the present year (2008). Both buildings have twenty-four hour surveillance camera and a security guard, which makes the buildings very secure. You’ll find, also, a safe deposit box at everyone of our apartments. Our four apartments have cable TV and High speed Wi-Fi Internet in order make you feel just like at home!

The buildings are located in the city of Lima, in the beautiful district center of Miraflores, where at walking distance, you will have a diversity of restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, art galleries, beaches, and shopping centers. Miraflores is the perfect place for many different kinds of tourists; from the solo tourist, to the couples, to the families, for those on business trips, or just those on adventures. Miraflores offers you all that and more! It is important to mention that the street where the apartments are located is very quiet so you will find a peaceful environment which makes it ideal for a restful night.
